Ache

Mask, let no one see the

turmoil within;

Between smiles, and pain,

tears flow secretly.

Hearts break, hearts mend,

but oh, how painful the journey,

around the bend. 

No one can help,

as no one can know.

Pressing through dark days,

with sun shining so brightly, 

yet sensations are more dark and stormy.

Breathe in, Breathe out,

breathe in, breathe out.
